Worldwide shipping costs are EUR 200 for every 10 kg (Incoterms 2020: DDU). This includes freight insurance but excludes import taxes.

For heavy or bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply. We will provide a shipping quote before proceeding with your order.

Upon receiving your package, please:

• Photograph the outer packaging upon arrival.
• Take pictures of the inner packaging and secured items.
• Document any damage to the items.
• If the package is visibly damaged, complete a Claim Form with the FedEx agent’s signature.

Report any issues to FedEx or Sidonies within 5 days of delivery.
