Shipping Costs
Worldwide shipping costs are EUR 200 for every 10 kg (Incoterms 2020: DDU). This includes freight insurance but excludes import taxes.
For heavy or bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply. We will provide a shipping quote before proceeding with your order.
Shipping Information
Sidonies takes utmost care to ensure your products arrive safely. Every item is personally inspected, and packaging is reinforced when necessary for secure transit. Packaging may prioritize protection over aesthetics, drawing from years of experience in ensuring product safety.
Upon receiving your package, please:
- Photograph the outer packaging upon arrival.
- Take pictures of the inner packaging and secured items.
- Document any damage to the items.
- If the package is visibly damaged, complete a Claim Form with the FedEx agent’s signature.
Report any issues to FedEx or Sidonies within 5 days of delivery.
